They don't care about the votes otherwise they wouldn't have sabotaged their own party at every step during the Corbyn years. They just want to destroy the left in their own party at any cost.

That remains to be seen tbh. QE was largely given to big institutions and they mainly used it in the financial industry. It's not like Jeff Bezos will buy 1 million tv or something and the people who would buy actual consumer goods have not benefited from the money printer.

There is also that no matter how much time is spent on introspection, what are you going to do about the conclusion? It is no secret that the western corporate media is incredible hostile against any genuine leftist ideology. What is to be done? Hope there will be somehow some marxist billionaire or two who can take on the media? Hope for social media? Guess who runs those.

Any time there is even the slightest push for more social politics there will be hundreds of pieces about financing while there will be always money for interventionist wars or the latest financial market bailouts.

It is the year 2065. The Labour party is still on the hunt for the last remnants of secret Corbyn supporters. Everyone must confirm hourly that they would gladly give orders to nuke the whole world in a first strike. Once the last Corbynista is executed people will finally vote Labour again.

He also turned left wing and became a socialist, fighting with the
loyalists in Spain in the 1930s. There he found himself caught up in the
sectarian struggles between the various left-wing factions, and since he
believed in a gentlemanly English form of socialism, he was inevitably on
the losing side.
Opposed to him were passionate Spanish anarchists,
syndicalists, and communists, who bitterly resented the fact that the
necessities of fighting the Franco fascists got in the way of their fighting
each other.
The communists, who were the best organised, won out and Orwell had to leave
Spain, for he was convinced that if he did not, he would be killed
From then on, to the end of his life, he carried on a private literary
war with the communists, determined to win in words the battle he had lost
in action.
During World War II, in which he was rejected for military service, he
was associated with the left wing of the British Labour party, but didn't
much sympathise with their views, for even their reckless version of
socialism seemed too well organised for him.

He wasn't much affected, apparently, by the Nazi brand of
totalitarianism, for there was no room within him except for his private war
with Stalinist communism. Consequently, when Great Britain was fighting for
its life against Nazism, and the Soviet Union fought as an ally in the
struggle and contributed rather more than its share in lives lost and in
resolute courage, Orwell wrote Animal Farm which was a satire of the Russian
Revolution and what followed, picturing it in terms of a revolt of barnyard
animals against human masters.
He completed Animal Farm in 1944 and had trouble finding a publisher
since it wasn't a particularly good time for upsetting the Soviets.

Well worth a read and goes into scathing detail how useful 1984 was for anti communist rhetoric

If you are advocating for stalinism in 2021 then yeah why would you do that. If you look at the historical context of the 20th century and conclude that the soviet union under stalin was "evil" or equal to imperial Japan, the british empire, the american empire or Germany then you are a moron.

Oddly enough it turns out if you fund a school properly then that poo poo works. I don’t know why they are not doing this with all schools either.
