I have a dropbox folder of food and just ran into this from 2015. Here is the McGangBang. Two McDoubles with the bottom and top bun taken off of one of each and a McChicken in the middle. I heard about it in a GBS thread and then looked it up and it was a secret menu thing. Well not really a secret menu item. I'm not about to ask some 15 year old girl for a McGangBang.

I keep the ketchup and pickles from the burger, then top with the lettuce and mayo bun from the chicken. Also, why tf do they have to put half a jar of mayo on McChickens? I have to scrape most of it off if I forget to ask for light mayo.
