It's a soft reboot. There is a new Police training at the academy. There's a new sound effects guy, but he's really bad. I mean real bad. It's just obviously mouth noises. But then, in the conclusion, a bunch of super realistic sirens and gunfire scare the badguys into surrendering, and, surprise, it's New Sound Effects Guy. He's been taking lessons from Michael Winslow, and now he's real good.
