I think this is the least interesting game this week but I'm still going to mostly watch it.

I expect one of the Sunday games to be the most interesting this week. I think vipers/defenders has a lot of potential because they're headed in opposite directions and this may be the intersection of momentum. I agree LA is interesting as potentially rising team after last week, but their week schedule for the next few weeks makes them relatively uninteresting. If they win 3 straight, their week 7/8 matchups have a lot of potential to be really exciting.

Love that they're willing to discuss whether the rules are even a good idea in real time. It's so refreshing compared to the referee ego bullshit combined with the NFL protect the shield bullshit that was the 2019 NFL season.

They should add a rule that if you catch a flag thrown against you, it doesn't count. Also that was the slowest sack I've ever seen. QB was wrapped up for like 4 seconds before he went down.

Given Vince McMahon's seeming willingness to sink money into this for several years and the fact that it's not doing horrible, IDK if the XFL is going to die. It may eventually find its home as a b league and place where guys go who want to leave college but aren't NFL draft eligible yet. It'll never make NFL money, but it doesn't have to to be a success. Jesus christ this game is starting as a complete clownshow.

Yeah no one is really getting punished for it yet because all the coaches are being cowards. Eventually someone is going to start being consistently aggressive during that period, and other teams will have to respond or lose games.
