Yeah probably.

Other things would be players intentionally going for his ankle (burfict, patriots in the preseason) as well as the shoulder injury after kelvin cut a route short and cam had to tackle a defender.

Also cam choosing not to better address the injuries before they added up like they did.

Just weird, random poo poo that adds up.

I know its the straw that broke the camels back but TJ watt burying his helmet right into his throwing arm on a late hit was a pretty big factor too. The dude never got any of the calls he should have gotten in the pocket and in hindsight its total bullshit. I mean the coaches using him like a running back was at times dumb as gently caress but he burned out a lot faster because refs were like "eh, he's a big guy". Going Vegan, and before that pescatarian and being scared of needles didn't help either.

It's utterly bizarre to me that somebody who takes the hits Cam does would be afraid of needles. I do get that it's like a phobia and not a rational fear but still, man, you get hit by 250 pound human wrecking balls....

Yeah it barely looks like a leg so the gross factor is somewhat mitigated by that.

What's more shocking is that he actually kept that leg. I would've figured they would have had to amputate it to prevent a life threatening septic infection or something.
