What ended up working for me was fixing the way they wanted my address entered. Instead of 1234 Chicken Coop Dr. (as was written on my tax form) they wanted 1234 Chicken Coop. Nothing on their website helped me figure this out, a post in the Trump lol thread is what did it.

I hope this helps some of you, because I finally was able to enter my bank account information and might actually get my money in a reasonable amount of time.
