She was the best admin this site ever had, but the few times I got to talk to her showed me that it was causing her too much stress and strain and she was already dealing with a lot of terrible things IRL, so leaving SA is the best thing she could have done. It's good to love a community, but it's better to leave a toxic situation. Godspeed, Bird.
