Anybody know the casualty rate for tank crews? Dying in a tank seems like a total nightmare.

It pays tribute to all the young Russian/Belarusian children in that region (Krashnyi Berek) kidnapped by the Nazi's , and then bled out completely in order to provide fresh blood transfusions for Nazi soldiers injured on the front lines. These were known as Vampire camps. I believe there is one in Lithuania as well. the war was extremely huge and fighting was everywhere I'd like to know what was the most oddly located battle in the whole thing. I know there were naval battles off of Madagascar to keep shipping lanes open: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Madagascar
