ok so this dude said "go as low as you can go"

first of all, i use the term "dude" loosely because I am all about anyone being whatever they want, this guy was in a bear suit and we ALL know all bears are dudes, but secondly

b.) he attempted to steal my wallet. normally, i would not be concerned. but, considering my current predicament I need access to a valid ID.
