Got asked what I want for Christmas, and have been checking out handheld video reviews on Youtube for about a week or so to help me decide and am currently looking at the Retroid Pocket 3+ as the way to go. Hoping to spend a little extra to get the purple shell with some replacement parts. Did a quick mock-up of , so I'd love to end up with something like this  If I can't swing the RP3+, I had also been looking at the Powkiddy X55 and behind that the RGB30. Think they're both really good systems for different reasons, just at a bit of a lower price point. Thinking spending a little bit extra to get the RP3+ is the way to go and gets me further into the harder to emulate systems. Being able to use HDMI out + game streaming is also a huge boon, even if the max res out is only 720p Anyone know of any discount codes that work during the current sale for Retroid?

Got a semi-engrish email back from sales stating the RP4 isn't out and to check back in 1-2 weeks. Anyone know if sales@goretroid.com is the best way to get in contact with them regarding my order? Or should I try the discord? Basically wanna cancel/get credit/moved over to a preorder.

Trigger issue seems like an easy fix via an update. Analog triggers are cool and good, just need to adjust the zones for them. Screen issue is only with the early review units that got sent out and won't be in release units; at least according to Retroid Edit: Already commented on via their discord   otter posted:That being said, would it kill Nintendo to sell things like Super Mario All-Stars for switch for like $7? He said PS2 emulation is almost there but you are going to play alot of titles on 1X and 30fps instead of 60fps. Someone on the Retroid Discord tried to dye their crystal case orange, and it looks like they dropped it in the toilet. stephenthinkpad posted:Installed some clear yellow Etzy buttons on the clear blue Miyoo Mini (V4). The instruction is way simpler than replacing xbox buttons but the buttons only sit correctly when you place the board back at directly downward angle. That's a cool colour combo
