You don't even need a graphics card to run this on PC. I'm on "High" graphics using BlueStacks off an i3-8100 and doing just fine.

If this can run on Intel's terrible integrated graphics, you very likely have something that can play this.

Whenever I restore EE from a split-screen, the whole interface scales weird and I can't really do anything. I always have to restart it after.

I kept running out of cap, but I expedited some skills and that problem fixed itself pretty quick.

It was mostly that I could have run autocannons and not spend any cap, but looks like reload time kinda makes it not worth it. Didn't know Amarr was so cheap to produce, that's pretty rad.

Honestly if there's any important channel to read it's announcements. I wouldn't have known T6 ships were free otherwise.

Did the first part of Spark of Rebellion, and holy poo poo, having 13(?) ships thrown at me was unexpected. Definitely had to use pulse lasers for tracking speed. The warp-out-warp-in-at-100km trick was pretty much obligatory. Gonna try strapping on an armour plate and probably another armour hardener.
