I worked at a pizza place that sold a "chili slice" that was actually pretty good. They made their own chili, which admittedly had beans in it but was pretty tomatoey. Take a slice of cheese pizza, add like four ounces of chili, top with fresh shredded cheese and (CRUCIALLY) put it back in the oven to get all melty.

As far as I can tell no pictures exist cause it looked truly hideous, but it was tasty.

Also this joint used provelone as their pizza cheese and it is strangely good, but I'm sure some of y'all will view it as thread fodder.

In that spirit here's the worst photo I could find of the pizza, which looks like a custom job from a customer who doesn't deserve pizza:
