It was delicious cold for breakfast. The egg was hard boiled and crumbled in this case. I've also had pizzas with an egg cracked on top before baking and they were perfect, just like a fried egg baked into the middle. Pancetta, spinach, egg is a good pizza combo. Controversial but I think corn belongs on a pizza less than pineapple. quote:not so much bad as wild: Is that just a bunch of chopped buttered lobster on a pizza base because I would absolutely destroy that until you could only roll me out of the restaurant.

You need a little cheese over or around the toppings to stitch them down to the pizza and keep them fastened while they are cooked with the base. Otherwise you end up with burnt bits that just fall off.
