In Eugene, Oregon there is a pizza place that makes perfectly fine pizza, however they cover them in cold, raw tomatoes unless you specifically ask them not to:

Mostly just deconstructed progressive pizzas. Though I did have a pumpkin pizza at one place, and it ended up being surprisingly good.

I used to think that pizza needed tomato sauce and cheese in order to be "pizza", but after reading this thread I've realized that pizza is just flatbread with things on it.

In Minnesota pizza is eaten with only a spoon. The crust is also made out of tater tots and the only available toppings are Velveeta and Jimmy Dean sausage (original flavor).
