Is there anything free that actually does good with constructing gifs? Because I always have ideas but they're tough to follow through on because my strategy is usually "hope ezgif.com doesn't screw this one up too badly"

I've had this avatar since I registered, so it might be time to spruce it up. As for ideas.. maybe go from cartoony to realistic style horse skeleton? Or go full ham and add bleeding eyes, horns, occult markings? [edit] Joint smoking optional
