I'm reading that, apparently, yesterday morning Goodell threatened teams that the league would force them to forfeit games if they keep loving up with COVID.quote:“Protocol violations that result in virus spread requiring adjustments to the schedule or otherwise impacting other teams will result in additional financial and competitive discipline, including the adjustment or loss of draft choices or even the forfeit of a game,” Goodell wrote in the memo obtained by The Associated Press.

I vaguely recall it happening a few times for teams that violated salary cap in the past or something like that, where it was moved to the bottom of the round? This would have been late 90’s or early 00’s...
