Adding onto the F2P experience: The way leveling works you won't hit any significant roadblocks until you know if you like the game or not. You might hit areas you can't go to, but you won't see players running around with equipment you can't get yet. (And if you do, they can't be used on free worlds anyway.) It also creates a sort of secondary market where things like Rune items are worth more because it's the best gear for a chunk of the playerbase.

I'd be playing OSRS Fresh Start but I'd have to have a second membership and I really do not want to have two accounts. :|GetDunked posted:My personal favorite video guides are made by Protoxx--he's got a few videos for players returning to RS3 after a long period of time such as this and this. I'd also highly recommend just asking in the Discord or in clan chat, we're a friendly bunch and have plenty of time to answer questions while we click between rocks. GoonScape is BestScape.

I gotta be honest, Necromancy in RS3 doesn't seem great. It seems like they're doing way too much. Looking at OSRS... But fresh start has me worried there, too. Less worried, but still.
