I suppose if you treat it like a radio play serial or something similar it's okay but I'd rather watch a bit to get some ideas and then run or play my own campaign than watch a bunch of rando influencers roll dice for two work weeks. APs basically are radio shows, so yeah it makes sense that you'd have a good time if you listen to an AP like a radio show. They still work to pick up the rules by watching someone with working knowledge play the game, but that's not really their purpose.
