If you will not serve in combat, you will serve on the firing line!

Oh yeah, I remember seeing this game at E3 ages ago and just gawping at the insane controller it had. Also giggling at the ejection button with a flip cover for that part.

This is going to be interesting.

Outside of Battletech, Starsiege and one or two others, mech games has always been oddly consigned to consoles. Probably because PC gaming is not as popular as console gaming in Japan. At least back then.

It shot out the camera with a rail gun? :raise: That seems overkill.

Also that canned rewinding noise were great. Not to mention the operator obviously typed in rewind by the sound of it.

The url tags are broken by the way.

Edit: Ah nvm. Shouldn't have let the page linger.

The only Macross series I got around to watching was SDF Macross, Macross Plus and Macross Frontier. Never got around to watching Delta despite being interested in it.

Oh yeah, that reminded me that I watched Zero.
And that's all I really remember about it, outside of it showing up in Macross Frontier as a minor callback. :v:

Huh, now that is not the ending to Frontier I remember but then I only watched the series and then the compilation two part movie which ended, as I remember, them agreeing to share Alto. Even if I guess it was mostly implied to be unresolved.
Still, the ending fight duet is really good with the two parter.

I will admit the novelty of the game wore off after a while but the mech chat was very nice.
