-Mandatory gun insurance

New restrictions include:
-All mags over 10 rounds are banned
-All ammo .50 and up is banned

These are all possession-based (not purchase or sale-based) rules as well so if you already have any of this poo poo you need to comply (which means surrendering or destroying it) or face jail. IE if you already have an AR-15 you need to get a military style license to own it or face prison, if you get caught with one round of live .50 bmg you will go to prison, etc.
