In a shocking turn of events there will be murmurings about possibly raising taxes in Texas to pay for the completely busted water/road/electricity infrastructure. In a less shocking turn of events a bipartisan compromise decides that public utilities are a personal responsibility, after the wealthy counties have had theirs fixed on the public dime.
