So if Dropout is free and clear of the AMPTP, they could negotiate a deal for a season of D20, or some Um Actuallys if they wanted to. Letterman did that during the last writers strike with his production company and the WGA. Yeah it gets weird with the owner being part of SAG for negotiations.
