I have a question

what would be the best way to lower the cpu.
I know of fans
I know of water cooling.
I have heard of a thing called peltier cpu cooler
just wish to know would be the best, you options are welcome.

While this is a joke thread, I have solved most of my Ryzen 7's cooling issues by setting this to 99%

Setting to 99% disables boost. Did you have actual cooling issues are was it in a normal 60c-90c range?
