When I interviewed at Blue Origin years ago the (very nice) interview coordinator told me during the factory tour that "Jeff is here all the time, at Amazon most people go their entire careers without ever seeing him but he's here at least once a month to talk to the staff, etc" and I had to pretend to be excited about that. That factory tour was amazing though and I'm still a little disappointed they passed on me.
