I spent like literally a decade trying different recipes and never found one that I really liked until this one which I just found a month ago. It's really good. The only modification I've made is I used half gruyere and half manchego though I haven't made it with just gruyere so I don't know for sure if my version is actually better.

Most recipes are pretty similar but this one I feel like nails the proportions on all the ingredients and I'm not sure I'd ever simmered the potato slices in the seasoned cream before which I think makes a big difference.

Oh thank you! This sounds good.

1.0 out of 5 stars Set my house on fire / We lost it all

I dont even know how to start writing this because I'm still in shock.
I read so many good reviews about this product and I believed every single word without imagining this could go worse than wrong. We lost our house a couple of days ago and was lucky not to loose our lives, my boyfriend ran in to save the dog due to a fire this air fryer produced. I still can't believe the irony of this because the only reason we had to buy an air fryer was to feel safer from fires traditional fryers can actually set.
