hi all, long-time listener, first time caller like many of us here in yospos, I've been struggling for years with imposter syndrome. every single day I log on to my computer and it immediately grips me. I just have to make posts if anyone has any tips for resolving this issue I am all ears

I just assume everyone lives in constant terror that they'll be found out for a fraud who doesn't actually know half the poo poo on they resume and structure my work-life in order to avoid having this happen to me. Is that not normal?
