google some of the buzzwords and drop them in a resume and with already having manager experience you will get hits. most of it is common sense and just takes some being organized.

This is good advice.

I was once advised by a recruiter to submit Word docs instead of pdfs because the software being used to search for said buzzwords is often stupid out of date and can't scan for them in pdfs. Any idea if that's true?
