Still seems really bad.

Feels like there is way more outside stuff and way less coaching/practice things so far.

I'm not gonna lie that segment with that weird remix of Wherever I May Roam while getting ready for kickoff was pretty sick

But yeah there's like barely coaching stuff, probably because the coaching staff has zero personality.

Oh don’t get me wrong it’s not good, just an improvement over the first two episodes

They keep pressing the battle for the backup and showing DiNucci a ton...have they even mentioned the other Non-Dak QBs on the roster?

McCarthy pre-season readiness schedule:

1. Introduce Mojo Moments
2. Don't get hit by lightning
3. We gotta try harder out there this isn't last year
4. Protect Dak

They wasted Luanne on Lucky!

She could of have been so much more but the writers just didn't care!

Right? They kept saying "have you made a decision on who the back up will be?" and I'm wondering who the hell the other options even are.

Noblest of all dogs is the hot-dog; it feeds the hand that bites it.
Gilbert threw a pick or a bad pass in one scene in the third ep. So he is an option and also bad.

Imagine the profoundness on how he handles the cuts.

Breaking down the Cowboys backup QB job:

Garrett Gilbert has had the inside track throughout but disappoints in the preseason games. Oldest QB on the roster but still can't go through reads and get rid of the drat ball. Hard Knocks ignores him to a pathological extent.

Cooper Rush has been with the org longer than the others and operates the offense pretty well as a result. His lollipop arm has about much of a chance throwing out-routes as I do, but he reads the field much better than the others. Hard Knocks ignores him, but he could definitely become the backup.

Ben DiNucci is a total meme QB. All of these backups are bad, but he's easily the most fun to watch. Hard Knocks makes the right choice in centering on him. He's going to be a nice scout team QB.

In conclusion, they're all bad, and the team is just as hosed if Dak goes down again as they were last year.

The episode was mostly slow mo picks from dinucci, so I guess it's an improvement?

Amazing editing choice.

Also this episode I realized I had no idea what Amari Cooper looked like since hes not really out and about in social media and in the press.

Pretty weak episode. At least they waited until the end segment for the hamfisted Jerry stuff. I guess DiNucci getting cut will be the first thing in the finale. There's only one more week, right, not two? This is the first year they've had this bye after preseason.

I was really pulling for that dude's standup to actually be funny at some point, but oh well.

They're the official burger sponsor of the Cowboys as of 2020. Jerry is just plugging em wherever he can.

There was some of that in an earlier episode, too, just some adorable 3-year-old stubbornly saying Patrick Mahomes when he was supposed to say Dak.

EDIT: oh, same guy

lol do the cowboys really have a wall graphic with 2021 as a championship year

I mean I get the champion attitude and so on but putting the trophy up before you won it seems just a bit hubristic
