Can't say for sure, but it gives the same vibes as the "neural network that creates cats out of some trash lines you drew" thing, but with anime lady instead of cats, and then iterated instead of done in one shot.

It was an amazing reveal to hear live, like if someone playing Mario Kart 8 announced that they were actually for real using tilt controls, and not for the memes, but because they hadn't even considered the alternative.
