Just got home from a week in Florida. I know that people have had issues with Frontier, but goddamn if that wasn't the easiest airplane trip I've ever been on. Everything was working and on time. Now it's time to unpack and relax after this vacation.

Fridays should be as laid back and chill as possible. Maybe don't go into work AND start day drinking. Maybe go for a walk or go canoeing.

My 70 year old dad and I have been making an effort at having breakfast once a month for the past couple of years, and today I took my 10 year old daughter with me for the first time. Both my dad and I told her the stories of our proposals to our wives and she lasted about 45 minutes before she got bored of old man talk. The tacos and coffee were good, great start to a Friday

Getting an MRI is a good and cool thing to do on a Friday. I had a bout of dizziness a few weeks ago; I'm assuming that it was due to withdrawal from heavy delta-8 THC vaping. My primary doc thinks that is proooobably what caused it too, but considering my history of epilepsy it is not a terrible idea to look inside the ol' burrito brain.

My job provides funds for employees that hit service anniversary milestones (every five years); three dudes pooled their funds and the company paid for lunch at Longhorn Steakhouse for 16 dudes. Long lunch, good steak, and I got to chill the rest of the day; pretty good Friday IMO.
