 sorry if it wasn't clear before. there's no ring because they aren't married. this muppet's whole thing would be about being shy and anxious and nervous about state violence against her race of camel dragons -- that's why she outwardly dresses like the blueish longhorn monster. the green puppet is a muppet puppet she controls to communicate with the world and meet people and eventually she opens up and eventually doesnt need the puppet anymore, she just does it after for fun and to teach kids about muppets and puppetry, etc
