Grab a can of corned beef hash, some oil, oaxaca cheese, three eggs and a whole green chile. Fry the hash in oil til almost crispy then add the green chile. Season to your liking (it should be salty enough already). While it’s doing its thing whisk the eggs together. When the hash is crispy and the chile is incorporated pour the eggs over evenly and let em cook. Add your cheese. Swish the pan til the eggs don’t swish then flip that bitch like an omelette. Give it like another minute or so then it should be good to go. Stick that in some flour tortillas with some salsa and you got yourself a good dinner. I burned myself making this a month ago and have scars on my arm but it was worth it
