MJF carried Pillman to a very good match, it's super obvious by now but hopefully everyone is on board with MJF being a top-tier wrestler in the company, work-wise. Sting's 62 year old completely insane hot tag, getting his old rear end in position and ready to do everything perfectly, what a loving hero that guy is. Everyone is utilized to perfection. How do you not end a Dynamite Wednesday just loving beaming?

I just got into AEW and this was my first live Dynamite. (Usually busy on Wednesday night.) I picked a good one to watch live and not on my phone at work.

I think he is good at being in matches that are fine-good but bad at being in matches that get me excited. But that could just be down to personal taste

Really fun watch. Opening was all I ever wanted that match to be. Genuine banger that left me wanting more. Every other match delivered as it needed to. Darby is such a star it's ridiculous. So is Britt. And bless Soho for getting mixed chants in that match. I can't wait to see Rampage.

In much the same way this match was never going to be what the 2009 match was, I feel like a 2016 match would have been a completely different one as well. So that was a dream match, but not the dream match
