They are also required to take qualification courses and pass tests regularly. I'd say they are far safer than 90% of the people on the road today.

The going on a 2-hour drive during 100 degree heat in a vehicle that has no ventilation/cooling except the windows. There are literally no fans, a/c or anything like that part.
