I probably missed some of this chat, but has anyone here gotten the Moderna booster? I don't quite fall into the age ranged, but my job is in the medical field and I am frequently in close proximity to people who are possibly covid positive and am thinking about getting the booster.

I'll get the booster scheduled for this week then. It's frustrating being around the people in my unit who apparently think that getting the vaccine will damage your heart and make you get a pacemaker. I just don't want to catch this bullshit.

The vaccine development started while he was in office, and if he was the one pushing for people to get vaccinated so that he could take credit for stopping the spread of Covid, Democrats would take the vaccine anyway and it would remove one of the biggest reasons that conservatives have for not taking the vaccine, i.e. that it's being pushed by Democrats and Joe Biden. As far as the infrastructure bill goes, it was bi-partisan. No reason to think that Trump would have vetoed it had the Congress passed it with him in the White House. As it is, the Democrats best hope for 2024 is that Biden is still able to run for office as I don't see Harris being popular enough to go the distance.
