ACUs we're embarrassingly awful, can't believe that pattern was ever approved. OCPs at least actually work in most of the environments we train in.

I remember reading in the Army Times, when i was deployed in 2009-2010 an opinion piece by one of the pieces of poo poo who approved the ACU claiming it was "good enough" and I wish i'd kept it so i could look that fucker up and beat the stupid out of them later. Pretty sure that bastard also retired and went to work for the company making bird poo poo on gravel colored camo.
