The party wasn't a team event, so unless a handful of players were there it was merely stupid and selfish instead of violating protocol. He's gonna get fined. Packers might get fined. The NFL will continue to act like it cares when this is all just security theater. They could easily mandate the vaccines if they wanted to, but they won't.
