In this case I would imagine the issue is that Corvettes are engineered to hit a brick wall at 100 mph and still allow the driver to walk away from the crash. Rav4s on the other hand are not engineered to be the brick wall.

There's no point for lovely teams to put in a waiver claim cause he can just choose not to report. Good teams won't likely claim him because they think they can get him cheaper.
