Thanks for starting this thread. My wife and I are insufferable gluten free weirdos. Had some Costco salmon in the freezer so made this tonight and was really impressed. The wasabi/butter drizzle is delicious, it could go on top of the salmon tbh. I omitted the spinach dip because good luck finding that at an Asian supermarket.
