I have seen a comedy "Voltron" Zur deck before. It was bad, but it was at least a different take.

That's the one I have right now lol. I just had a bunch of old bad cards and improvised a commander deck to play with my friends. So I do have a Zur deck, it's just a bad one.

I know there's a discord group still playing I joined and then I never played. I'd be willing to give it another shot. Still got my Casino Reeds/Cock Robin deck.

That was just one example though. Like he'd play a location you could steal with a d action and if people actually stole it he'd cry because his deck wouldn't work. A couple of people in the group really didn't care about winning, V:tES was just a way to hang out and joke around, so to keep the peace they'd just sort of let him do what he wanted.

Man, if you play Powerbase Montreal and need it for your deck to function, put some blockers in your deck.

Also trying to make a Rebbec/Armix deck. I know Silas-Renn would be better but I don't have him.

Something I do when looking for cuts is arrange all the cards by CMC/MV, and cut things that are either the most expensive or that you have a lot of (you don't want twenty 4 drops for example).

Also pay attention to the CMC/MV of your commander, if you know you're going to want to play your commander ASAP every game, keep that CMC/MV slot light, as you know you'll always have something to play at that cost.

Check the commander partner combo on EDHrec for the higher synergy and most commonly used cards would be my next step. You don't have to follow their decklist to the letter of course, but it's a good resource for seeing what other players are using in that deck and why.

That's how I started, but now I'm at too many cards haha. You do want some CMC variety in a Rebbec deck to cover good protection.

Yeah you could most likely upgrade the Necron deck to be a beat. Trazyn could go infinite with the right setup as his own commander.

But the deck is just so stylish I'm not sure I want to upgrade it lol.
