Winter Olympics are in a few months, so I know this is a little bit down to the wire, but I think we could slide some in. I'm sure the IOC is always looking to spice up the Olympiad.

Gun Ski-Blast down a hill as fast as possible while trying to shoot at targets. Points on target reduce from overall time but for every audience member, opponent, or member of press you wing...your time will be reduced even more! That's right! The IOC is doubling down on it's commitment to prove they don't care whether you live or die!

Horse Skating-Figure skating...but with a horse!

horse bobsled, a bunch of dudes in skintight outfits riding one horse that is barrelling downhill on a twisty course, no thoughts of safety, all being sacrificed for Maximum Speed

horse skeleton, pretty much the same event but it's just one dude and you get to reuse the horses from horse bobsled

that's how you tell the haves from the have-nots, country-wise, the high tech skeleton teams will bring horse flensers as part of their teams while the more traditional teams will make due with an unflensed horse skeleton aka regular dead horse
