That's the reason why there is a rat and why all the Aussie cartoonists have been doing rat puns in their cartoons about the difficulty of getting your hands on a test. Just throwing in a rat labelled "rat" is pushing it.

Mentioning Dr. Fauci in an Aussie cartoon however is a dead giveaway about the particular sources the cartoonist is poisoning their brain with.
