In reality you end up in some department where the boss is like "oh dude you know how to make a pivot table in excel? we've been looking for someone like that"

Although I liked SA for its weird sense of humor and community I never liked how it was way too self-degrading back then and while the dumb self-degrading comments are still around and probably never going away at least they no longer seem to correspond to reality for the most part, yeah. Most goons still around just seem to be regular people doing fine.
