Hello. I did not do rankings after Sunday Night because I was very sad. I am still sad but I will push through it for the rankings. I believe these are the accurate rankings exiting the 2021 Regular season. The rankings entering the 2022 season may be different because that is in the far future. For now, these are the rankings. 1. Aaron Rodgers 2. Tom Brady 3. Justin Herbert 4. Joe Burrow 5. Matt Stafford 6. Patrick Mahomes 7. Dak Prescott 8. Derek Carr 9. Kirk Cousins 10. Russell Wilson 11. Lamar Jackson 12. Josh Allen 13. Kyler Murray 14. Ryan Tannehill 15. Baker Mayfield 16. Mac Jones 17. Tua 18. Carson Wentz 19. Jalen Hurts 20. Jimmy Garappolo 21. Matt Ryan 22. Taylor Heinecke 23. Davis Mills 24. Justin Fields 25. Drew Lock 26. Ben Roethlisberger 27. Jared Goff 28. Trevor Lawrence 29. Daniel Jones 30. Taysom Hill 31. Zach Wilson 32. Cam Newton I love you all

Well that's the end of the nfl for now. Looking forward to when Nfl returns next year when my friend ranks the qbs to start off the season. Commenting on the rankings. NOT an argument. Alls I'm gonna say is that Garoppolo should be higher than Wentz, if only for not loving up on that final drive.

Thank you for the list. Now that we're done with the season, we can examine the trends across the whole season. I took the liberty of breaking down the lists into a table, here's a giant line chart with the results Zooming in, here's a couple things that stood out to me - Some QB's whose rank was highly volatile: Russel Wilson (highest rank was 3, lowest rank was 17), Ryan Tannehill (high 11, low 22), Kyler Murray (low 15, high 4, then low 14), Joe Burrow (low 16, high 4), Daniel Jones (high 16, low 29), Jalen Hurts (high 17, low 30), Sam Darnold (high 13, low 29), Carson Wentz (the king of volitilty, high 4, low 25), Mac Jones (high 11, low 30) - Some QB's whose rank was extremely consistent, in rough order (difference between best and worst rank is 6 or less): Aaron Rodgers, Matt Stafford, Baker Mayfield, Matt Ryan, Tua Tagovailoa, Jimmy Garappolo, Ben Roethlisberger, I'm awarding the following awards based on the data MVP: Aaron Rodgers ROTY: Mac Jones Most Improved: Mac Jones (+14 from first eligible week to Week 18), Joe Burrow (+12 from start to end) Biggest Regression: Russell Wilson, Lamar Jackson (both -7 from start to end) Elite QB's (Never left the top 10): Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, Matt Stafford, Deshaun Watson* Almost Elite QB's (had one week outside the top 10): Russell Wilson, Justin Herbert, Joe Burrow, Derek Carr And here's a pastebin with my tables if you want them https://pastebin.com/UDhY5kXc

I would rather have Joe than Justin but I think three and four is fair.

lol Trevor Siemian had a better season then Hill in nearly every stat but Wins. Hell you could argue that Josh Johnson playing for 2 different teams had a better year then Hill.

I'll go to bat for Goff here, he was awful to start the season but by the end he was... well, not good, but decent. I'd slot him just above Carson Wentz.

in the wildcard round all of the higher ranked qbs in my friend's rankings won their playoff games against lower ranked qbs. except for one. this is a good sign that the rankings are correct and that it's a team effort
