In a better written game, the elephant scene should've been a realization point that they're letting their toxicity and selfishness hurt their child but It Takes Two is not a well written game.

Imagine the critics eviscerating this - there's a reason why "Oh no, we can't let these people divorce - think of the kids!" movie plots largely died out after the 90s
