I fry eggs by grinding some peppercorns into the hot fat, which causes air bubbles, and then when they are bubbling a bit I drop the egg in, this creates a fluffiness in the egg which I really like, and it's nicely peppery too, don't use too much. though I found this out years ago when drunk and still cook them like this now

I too cook my eggs in a quarter cup of oil and still managed to leave charred eggwhite in the pan for that bonus scrubbing time to work off the extra calories.

Real muthafuckin Gs slow poach their eggs in the shell until they are a gelatious nearly cooked mass and then crack them into a hot cast iron with grapeseed oil and a little butter. Also the lady in the video looks like she just blasted off in the employee break room and probably smells like parliament menthol lights.
