Thanks. I noticed 'sict' on uk tv a number of times. As a non-native speaker I was wondering what the deal was, maybe some class shibboleth or something, but couldn't be bothered to google it. Turns out bbc says it can happen in casual speech, but it's considered incorrect. I'm not sure that really answers it, but ok. Is it regional?

There's a tv ad from a flower delivery service running now that goes with bow-keh' and I hate it.
