I dunno the timeline but there's a special on Netflix (or was maybe) of one of Bill Hicks early shows. I threw it on and thought it might be amusing. Turns out there's a whole lot of jokes about loving a young girl, and also forcing George Michael (who he really hates for reasons) to have sex with this girl so he can be more manly. Just a whole lot of casual pedophilia and hatred of anyone that wasn't him. It was not my favourite if I'm honest. But the several lighters a day joke was good, so it might balance out I dunno.
