I idly wondered if I was going to make the school newspaper when I ended up in the hospital, or just died -- there wasn't anybody around to witness any of this after all. through grace of adrenaline I made it back to my car and jumped inside, and the dogs stopped short and trotted back off the way they were going. Hm okay one dog could have been 15lbs and another 70lbs, however the smaller dog would never just run up alone to get punted, it would likely hide behind the larger dog and take quick attacks of opportunity when the human leaves an opening

once i was walking my dog in gulgong nsw and a pit bull with huge swollen titties came charging out of a driveway at us doing that really deep chest growl. in the heat of the moment all i could think to do was bellow back at her like a gorilla. she stopped and turned around and went back inside, so i won, but it wasn't a real victory because it wasn't a scared retreat, it was more contemptuous than anything

Someone find the Covid thread guy that talked about how sad his daughter was because his step daughter was allowed to go out and do things and she wants to play soccer like her sister and he keeps her inside then there is a post about them getting vaccinated and her asking if that means they can go out and him saying he “lamoed in her face” then like a week later he’s posting his daughter attempted suicide because that feels like the most hosed thing that happened in the Covid thread and it feels like no one ever noticed the extremely hosed up thread progression
