also tea (russian caravan, milk no sugar) sandwich is lettuc (iceberg), cheese (provalone), mayonnaise (hellman's hi-test), turkey (low sodium oven roasted), ham (tavern) and pepper (black and freshly cracked) on bread (toasted wheat)

I couldn't tell you yet. I really just woke up and showered, I have plans to kick it with a mate this afternoon, we are going to grab food so I'm not going to eat anything before I head over there. Not really sure what he's thinking for dinner.
